Success in forming habits and self care come from making a plan.  When making a plan, keep it simple and remain consistent.  Know that you will fail at times but don’t strive for perfection.  Strive to finish your plan.  It’s good to choose 5 things you want to accomplish over a certain period of time, whether some are daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.

Self care and forming certain habits may be all or part of your 5 item plan.  A list of “To Do” items for the day may include 5 items or a yearly 5 item list may be a Big Picture Plan in your life.  Whatever it is, make your goal attainable and planning will be more enjoyable.
