What is a Virtual Assistant?
A Virtual Assistant provides services from outside your home or business. Do you need help managing overflow calls from your business during the day? Do you need someone to confirm appointments with your clients? Do you need someone to follow up on your emails?
Why does anyone want to use a Personal Assistant?
If you are a busy person or have a busy family, you know that 168 hours in a week is not enough. If this service seems unaffordable for 4 hours a week, just think about how much a babysitter costs these days. For a few dollars more per hour, you can rely on Henry’s Hired Hands, LLC. to be a 2nd set of hands to get a project done or weekly bills paid. We are fully insured and offer a non-disclosure agreement so that your privacy is protected.
Does a Personal Assistant do Home Healthcare or House Cleaning?
No. A Personal Assistant is more Administrative but also hands-on. In other words, like a well-qualified friend, we get to know the things you need done and learn your ways, so you don’t have to constantly give us tasks, but can rely on us to do what you need from good, detailed instructions. We will organize a room or a house or an office, do bookkeeping, clear up problems, make dinner reservations and travel arrangements, help plan an event, etc.
Can I call you, rather than use online booking calendar, emails or texting?
Of course! If Henry’s Hired Hands, LLC. are busy, we will call you back ASAP. The automated part is for when you don’t have time to talk, or booking is easier than talking. Talking is the best way to communicate, especially if you have some unique circumstances.
Is Henry’s Hired Hands, LLC. insured?
Yes. We will provide you proof of insurance upon request.
Do you have a Non-Disclosure Agreement?
Yes. Henry’s Hired Hands , LLC. will provide it on our first visit so you are assured that we will not share any personal information with anyone, unless you request us to.
Can I buy a Gift Certificate for your Services?
Absolutely. Henry’s Hired Hands, LLC . recommends that you try three hours for someone that you know will not try to hire a Personal Assistant for themselves. The hourly rate is a bit higher, but it is a comfortable start for someone. We sell gift certificates for any amount of time. The Gift Certificate will expire after a year, but we won’t raise hourly rates if they change during that time.
Can I afford a Professional Organizer?
HHH offers a free consultation and Packages that reduce the hourly cost to help you budget for Pro Organizer Service. Do you feel stuck or overwhelmed by the thought of trying to get things “together”? Is it easy to clean your home? Do you feel relaxed when you enter your home? What’s your biggest investment other than kids or your car? If you feel that your life would be better if youywere organized, than you can afford a Professional Organizer!
I am embarrassed about the condition of my home. How can I invite a stranger in to help?
The very reason Professional Organizers are in their profession, is the same reason a Nurse or Doctor goes into theirs. We are there to help you feel better. Professional Organizers love to solve problems and help people. We have all been in the same boat at some part of our lives, and see what a transformation organization can make, mentally and physically. We coach and don’t come to judge, but only help!
