In order to declutter, you feel that you need a system to keep things tidy. This may involve using what you already have or adding new tools into the mix. We will discuss your goals as we separate things that you may want to store, donate, give away to family or friends or simply say goodbye to.
This is another part of organizing for life, getting hold of your paperwork sitiuation. So often, we spend hours looking for paperwork we have misplaced. How your paperwork gets organized will be a discussion, because it is based on how your brain works to organize.
It takes time and maintenance to keep your spaces organized. A busy life is not always optimum for this part. Things may get away from us without even realizing it, and we can get back to the beginning, where overwhelm takes over. Personal and Virtual Assistant Services
This service can be part of the whole reorganizing process. Let’s consider paying bills, organizing time, handling small projects, firming up travel plans, helping to troubleshoot a problem, planning a gathering, doing errands, waiting for a contractor to come, while finishing some tasks to help you save some time. These services can also be part of a small business plan to help you in parts of your business that take up too much time, like bookkeeping, making follow-up calls to clients, billing, for example.
Here’s a hands-off approach to assuring that certain tasks are being completed for you without having to be around physically to offer a space to get them done. Many tasks don’t require a physical presence but they may be time-consuming, like some of the Personal Assistant tasks mentioned in Package #5. You may also have custom duties or tasks that fit into either category. Reach out and see if they fit into what we can offer.
